These terms cover your use of RaidOps at raidopshub.app and www.my.raidopshub.app. The Privacy Policy describes what we collect. Using RaidOps means you agree to both.

The service

RaidOps is a free tool for a guild to keep rosters, signups, attendance, and progression. It is provided as-is. We may change features, or stop the service, without notice. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Accounts

You sign in with Discord. Officers of a guild decide who is admitted and which teams a member can see. You are responsible for the activity on your login. Officers are responsible for the guild records they enter and for who they admit.

Acceptable use

Use RaidOps for your guild's raids. Do not try to reach another guild's data, disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to harm someone. Do not upload information you are not allowed to share with your guild.

Guild records

Rosters, signups, and attendance are the guild's working records. Removing a login does not always erase a character from a roster. Character names and related game data are part of World of Warcraft.

Ending access

We may refuse, suspend, or remove an account that breaks these terms, or that the guild does not admit. You may ask us to remove your login through the contact form.

Other sites

Discord, Raider.io, Warcraft Logs, and Buy Me a Coffee are separate services with their own terms. World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment. RaidOps is not affiliated with Blizzard.
