Privacy Policy

This policy describes what RaidOps collects when you use raidopshub.app and www.my.raidopshub.app (together, the Service). "RaidOps", "we", and "us" mean the person who operates the Service. Using the Service means you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect and how we use it
We collect what a guild needs to run a raid roster. We use it to sign you in, show rosters, signups, attendance, and progression to your guild, answer messages you send us, and protect the Service. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Account. Sign-in uses Discord's identify scope only. We store your Discord id, username, display name, and avatar. We do not ask Discord for your email address, and we do not store one. Officers of your guild decide whether the account is admitted.
Guild records. You and your officers may enter a character's name, realm, region, class, specialization, and role, plus team membership, raid signups, attendance, and applications. People in your guild can see the records their role allows. Those records are not posted on the public marketing site. Character names are game information. We store them so the guild can organize raids.
Messages. The contact form stores the handle and the message you submit. We use the network address of a request only to slow down repeated messages. That address is not saved with the message.
What we do not collect. We do not take payment card numbers. A donation link goes to Buy Me a Coffee, which is a separate site. We do not collect precise location. We do not build an advertising or analytics profile of you.
2. Cookies and on-device settings
RaidOps sets two cookies. Both are required for sign-in. There is no optional cookie, so the site does not show an accept or decline box.

The app also saves two preferences in local storage on your device: the color theme, and whether the sidebar is collapsed. The marketing site does not set a cookie. Blocking cookies in your browser will keep you from staying signed in.
Cloudflare hosts the Service and may process connection data, including an IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
3. Third parties
- Discord signs you in. Discord's own policy covers your Discord account.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the database.
- Raider.io and Warcraft Logs receive a character lookup only when an officer uses those features. They do not receive your Discord login.
- Buy Me a Coffee applies if you open that link. We do not receive your payment details.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate abuse of the Service. If someone else takes over operation of RaidOps, they receive the same records and must follow this policy. A link to another site is governed by that site.
4. Your choices
Officers control who is in the guild and which teams a member can see. You can ask us to remove your login through the contact form. A character on a guild roster may stay so the guild's history remains, without your Discord account attached. Avoid putting private personal details in fields the guild can read.
5. How long we keep information
We keep guild records while the guild uses RaidOps. When you ask us to remove your account, we delete the login. We may keep a short record of that request, and information we need to prevent abuse or to meet a legal duty.
6. Children
RaidOps is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it and close the account.
7. Security
The sign-in cookie is httpOnly and is sent over HTTPS. Guild data is limited by role. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

9. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using RaidOps after a change, the updated policy applies.
10. California residents
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can ask what we hold about your account, or ask us to delete the login, through the contact form.
